HANJ has an insurance grant program that offers assistance with your premium payments, which includes co-pays and deductibles, if you meet the criteria. If you are experiencing difficulty with your insurance payments, co-pays or high deductible costs, please contact us to see if assistance is available. If you are already receiving assistance through the insurance grant, please contact us if you need assistance with co-pays and deductibles.
Have you contacted your pharmaceutical company to enroll into their pharmaceutical assistance program? Please use the following link to access the list of Pharmaceutical Resources for Bleeding Disorders.
Notify your HTC and Homecare Company of any insurance changes!! Also, for those on HANJ's insurance assistance program, please call the office with any changes that may occur such as your new address and phone number if you move, any job changes, such as obtaining fulltime employment, becoming eligible for Medicaid/Medicare or insurance through your employer, ending with Cobra coverage, or anything that will change your status or contact information. If your insurance policy restricts your homecare options or ignores state mandates (except if you have a self-insured plan) please notify the HANJ office immediately. The Association can work with you.
