- 8 AM: Registration & Exhibit Booths
- 8:45 AM: Warm-up begins
- 9 AM: 5K run starts
- 9:15 AM: 1 mile walk starts
- 11 AM: Lunch begins
- 11:30 AM: Award ceremony
