Show your support and become a member! The Hemophilia Association of New Jersey (HANJ) supports patients with bleeding disorders in all of the New Jersey counties. We welcome those directly impacted by a bleeding disorder, as well as any extended family, friends, co-workers, to be a part of any new programs we launch, in an effort to provide continued education to our members. These new programs have positively impacted on the community’s understanding and knowledge; tackling an array of topics that our community faces daily.

With your help and support, our efforts are limitless! All membership dues go back into the organization so we can provide education, advocacy, financial and healthcare assistance and, most importantly, an investment in your community!

Getting started – fill out our membership form.

It’s a fillable PDF. Once you fill it out, click the Download button (top right) and choose “with your changes.” You can then mail, FAX or email the membership form to HANJ using the information at the bottom of the form on page 2.
