  • The Hemlibra Co-pay Program helps people with commercial health insurance. This might be a plan you get through your employer or one you purchased through a Health Insurance Marketplace like HealthCare.gov. To qualify, you must also meet other criteria.
  • Independent Co-pay Assistance Foundations: If you need help with the co-pay for your Genentech medicine, HEMLIBRA Access Solutions can refer you to an independent co-pay assistance foundation.   • Colburn Keenan Foundation: Provides financial assistance programs to individuals and families living with chronic conditions, with priority placed on those living with bleeding disorders.

Emergency Assistance Grant Program – individuals and families can apply to us for financial assistance to cover an unexpected bill such as a car repair, appliance repair, high electric bill, etc.  The requested bill must be included with the application.  This program awards up to $750 and applicants are required to have a medical verification form completed.  This application is not on our website, and we depend on you to let individuals/families know about it.  I have attached our 2024 application for this program which includes further details and requirements.  This program is now open, and we will accept applications immediately.

Individual Financial Assistance Grant Program – individuals and families can apply to us for financial assistance, up to $3,000, to meet their urgent medical, basic survival, and quality of life needs.  Due to the large award amounts, this application is quite lengthy, and we do require supporting documentation.  The application can be obtained on our website.  This program is open and accepts applications.

  • United Healthcare Children’s Foundation: Provides medical grants to help children gain access to health-related services not covered, or not fully covered, by a commercial health insurance plan. You do not need to have United Healthcare to be eligible.
  • 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline
    • Dial 988 or 1-800-273-8255 for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.  988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (now known as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.
